About Me
Greg Cook
MS LPC
Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am. From a young age, I knew that my life’s work would involve building relationships and guiding people toward healing and personal growth. No profession ever felt right unless it allowed me to support others in overcoming challenges and reaching their full potential. I believe that everyone experiences moments in life when they need someone to truly listen, encourage, and walk alongside them on their journey. That’s exactly what I strive to provide in my counseling practice.
As a licensed counselor, I integrate faith-based and evidence-based approaches to support individuals, couples, and teens in overcoming life’s obstacles. My primary therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but I tailor my approach to fit each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, marital conflict, parenting challenges, or past trauma, I offer a compassionate and faith-based perspective to support your healing and personal growth.
I have over 12 years of experience working in mental health across various settings, including residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, acute care, group homes, schools, and detention centers. My background includes working with children, teens, and adults in individual, group, and family therapy. I understand that every client’s situation is different, and I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
My office is conveniently located, handicap accessible, and I am available for appointments Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Whether you are seeking faith-based counseling, therapy for anxiety or depression, or support in relationships and parenting, I am here to help.
Healing starts with a conversation—let’s connect and take that first step together.
