Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I know if counseling is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, counseling can help. I work with individuals, couples, and teens facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, ADHD, parenting concerns, and past trauma. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process emotions, gain new insights, and develop practical coping strategies.
If you’re wondering whether counseling is right for you, consider these questions:
-Do you often feel stressed, anxious, or emotionally drained?
-Are you struggling with relationships, marriage, or parenting?
-Do you have persistent feelings of sadness, depression, or hopelessness?
-Do you experience difficulty focusing, motivation issues, or ADHD-related challenges?
-Are you going through a major life transition or feeling lost?
-Would you benefit from faith-based guidance and a Christian perspective?
If you answered “yes” to any of these, counseling can be a great next step. I invite you to reach out and schedule a session.
